OUR STORY
How we started
Back in 2007, I started making toys when another vendor at Faire said they were looking for someone to make wooden battle axes and shields for them. I made them and went on to make swords as well. As these toys started selling i started researching wooden toys from the middle ages and found that the Danes (Vikings) used to make them for their children. I then started designing toys based off what they did. My pieces are not historically correct but are designed to atract the attention of todays kids while still representing a time long past.
Safety
All our toys are painted with a nontoxic water based acrylic. They are not intended to be chew toys but will not make your child sick if they chew on them.
